Account Coordinator

Deerfield Beach, Florida

We are currently seeking an energetic and ambitious individual to join our growing team. As an Account Coordinator, you will support the Account and Production teams on the day-to-day management and execution of client campaigns.


  • Assist Account and Production teams schedule and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, support account manager with maintaining current relationships and client communications. 
  • Manage campaign launch timelines, ensure deadlines are met and all campaign information is documented and translated from client to internal teams 
  • Develop a clear understanding of the clients’ campaign life cycle and communicate deliverables required across departments at each juncture.
  • Create and maintain mission critical execution and reference documents used across departments that outline job scope, versioning methodologies and content sources.
  • Coordinate internal and client meetings.
  • Manage the data entry and billing process.
  • Work with Production team to help prepare projects for manufacturing.
  • Become a category expert and actively contribute to your client’s business.
  • Regularly look for ways to improve and promote quality and effectiveness.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Relatable experience from previous jobs or internships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, plus verbal and written communication skills.
