Data Strategies Coordinator

Melville, New York

We’re currently seeking a Data Strategies Coordinator to join our team. The Data Strategies Coordinator collaborates with internal teams and clients to prepare and execute prospect and customer lists used for direct mail and digital marketing campaigns and analytical reports. The ideal candidate has strong project management and organizational skills and must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets, and perform other related tasks in a fast-paced environment.


  • Develop a working knowledge of our clients’ business needs and objectives along with an understanding of how our products and services will help them achieve their marketing and business objectives
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to coordinate and execute data management and data processing work orders to create end-user mailing lists and reports
  • Prepare and submit specific data processing instructions according to defined business requirements
  • Review data processing output to provide quality assurance and verify accuracy of data
  • Communicate data requirements/instructions, along with required deliverables in writing and verbally
  • Retrieve, organize, catalog and document the data from various sources, including layouts for use
  • Manage projects from start to finish, providing status updates to management
  • Compile and prepare reports, graphs and charts as needed
  • Create and review analytical reports to ensure accuracy and validity


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet functionality including pivot tables, v-lookups, charts and graphing
  • Working knowledge of data segmentation, test/control setups, and data formats
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to multitask and manage your time effectively
  • A strong sense of urgency, and experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
