As Prepress Artist, you will be responsible for preparing artwork and collaborating with our designers, production managers, account teams, and studio to ensure that our direct marketing campaigns are produced to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce press-ready files for direct mail print production
Review and prepare accurate and consistent artwork in accordance with print requirements and manufacturing equipment
Analyze artwork, provide feedback, and make necessary corrections to art files in accordance with print specifications and brand standards
Perform prepress processes including color management, color correction, and quality control checks
Communicate with agency teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely completion of art file setup
Create templates, review proofs, and troubleshoot files
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in prepress file preparation, print production and quality assurance in an agency printing environment
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Illustrator
Strong prepress production knowledge and experience in color management, color correction, and retouching artwork
Excellent time-management with strong communication and multitasking skills
Meticulous attention to detail with high level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Flexible and team-oriented with the ability to work well with others and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Bachelor's degree in graphic design is preferred
