Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing opportunities to drive business growth and managing national accounts. If you are a sales and direct marketing professional with demonstrated experience in providing integrated data-driven marketing solutions with expertise in marketing principles and direct mail print manufacturing, then we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business sales by developing opportunities and action plans to drive business growth to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Present our services and effectively communicate value proposition to clients and prospects (from Directors of Marketing to C-Level Executives)
  • Create proposals, negotiate agreements, and secure new business
  • Develop and maintain strong long-term client partnerships and manage national accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions that exceed client expectations
  • Stay informed of the latest industry trends, technology advancements, and competitive landscape
  • Maintain sales reports and use CRM software to manage and track sales activities
  • Travel is required to attend client meetings and industry-related conferences

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in consultative sales and data-driven direct marketing, direct mail and integrated solutions
  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a track record of successful sales achievements and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with advanced analytical and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools; HubSpot experience a plus
