We’re seeking a skilled and forward-thinking AI Developer to help us reimagine how we operate. In this role, you will design and implement intelligent solutions that automate and optimize our internal processes—from sales and account operations to data prep and print production. You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, data, and development teams to identify opportunities and build scalable tools that drive efficiency and innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and identify inefficiencies across operational, data processing, print, and mail workflows
- Design and develop AI/ML models to forecast volumes, improve routing, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall turnaround
- Create intelligent tools for document classification, variable data validation, error detection, and quality control
- Integrate models into ERP/MIS platforms, custom dashboards, and production control systems
- Partner with teams across sales, operations, and technology to ensure real-world usability and impact
- Monitor, test, and retrain models as needed to maintain performance and accuracy
- Contribute to the overall AI strategy and advocate for innovative, practical automation solutions
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Experience in AI/ML development (manufacturing or high-throughput environments a plus)
- Strong coding skills in Python, with experience using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Experience with workflow optimization, predictive modeling, and intelligent automation
- Proficiency in data engineering and large-scale dataset manipulation
- Experience integrating AI with ERP/MIS systems and production environments
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
- Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
