WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Curiosity and creativity in applying AI to real-world problems.
- Strong technical foundation in ML/AI, data pipelines, and analytics.
- Ability to think in terms of both code and customer experience.
- Passion for experimentation and iteration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Design and deploy custom AI agents that support internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, accounts, analytics) based on specific use cases and requirements.
- Build and fine-tune ML models using our internal data to generate predictive insights.
- Prototype quickly, iterate often, and move solutions from concept to production.
- Ensure responsible AI development, with attention to data quality, fairness, and transparency.
- Proficiency in any 2 programming languages, preferably Python and Java.
- Cloud Deployment skill is a plus.
- We also welcome hybrid and non-traditional AI candidates with strong data-driven thinking.

For New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $95,000 - $105,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
