Traffic manager

As Traffic Manager, you’ll be responsible for the agency workflow. You’ll plan and manage all phases of the creative process to ensure projects are prioritized, on-track and have the proper resources allocated.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Traffic and monitor creative projects through the agency and meet all deadlines.
- Work closely with key agency departments including creative, production and account management to execute all project milestones, while keeping projects on schedule.
- Communicate clear direction and information to ensure teams understand project scope, timing and requirements.
- Coordinate and continuously follow up with teams to ensure the progress of each project and that requirements are met.
- Monitor team bandwidth and collaborate with team leads to help circumvent escalation issues and have contingency plans in place as needed.
- Review job folders to ensure required assets and reference materials are provided at all stages of the routing process.
- Ensure that each phase of development is approved by departmental personnel.
- Champion agency policies and procedures to execute efficient, accurate and timely delivery of projects at all stages.
- Develop and maintain daily traffic and creative schedules to keep everyone informed of project status.
- Coordinate and attend daily production meetings; stay informed and provide updates on all current projects while maintaining production timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of traffic management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to improve productivity and accuracy of work.
- Strong project management and organization skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact and communicate with all team members.
- Experience with workflow/project management tools, ProofHQ or similar a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Power Point, Excel.
